Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of patient information and to handling your personal Information in a responsible manner in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. It is our policy to maintain the security of your personal record at all time to ensure that this information is only available to the authorized members of staff.

We will keep patients' health information confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without patients' consent, except as it is required by law.

Violence or Aggressive Behaviour Policy:

Our medical centre take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients.

If a patient is violent or aggressive towards staff or patients, we may exercise our right to take action which include warnings or removal from premises. Our medical centre is covered by CCTV, silent alarm triggers and other security measures for safety of every body in medical centre.
