Fees and Rebates

Cronulla Street Medical Centre is a Mixed Billing Practice.

Bulk billing is available to regular patients who hold pension concession cards  and children under 15 years. 

However, private fee will be applied new patients and non regular patients.

Due to increased number of first time non attendance rate, all new patients will require prepayment at standard consultation rate to secure an appointment. If your appointment becomes prolonged, it will be adjusted to long consult rate.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 2 hours before your appointment, cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

Additional cost for dressing may apply as per dressing type. 

All medical forms may apply private fees.

Home visit may be arranged for regular patient as per doctor's discretion. Consultation fee of $300 to $450 will be applied depending on duration of consultation.
