Fees and Rebates

Cronulla Street Medical Centre is a Privately billing medical practice.

All medical appointments are privately billed and Medicare rebate is typically refunded back to you bank account registered with Medicare within 1-2 business days.

All phone consultation appointments are privately billed and upfront payment will be required.  

All new patients and patients do not have eligible Medicare card will require prepayment at standard consultation rate to secure an appointment. If your appointment becomes prolonged, it will be adjusted to long consult rate.

COVID-19 vaccination and eligible Flu vaccination appointments are bulkbilled. Please also note that travel vaccination consultations are privately billed.

We understand that things come up and you may not be able to attend your appointment, but we ask for at least 2 hours notice for all cancellations. This will help us to offer your appointment to someone else who is unwell and needs to see a GP on the same day. Failure to notify us with adequate notice will incur a $50 fee.

Additional cost for dressing may apply as per dressing type. 

All medical forms may apply private fees.

Home visit may be arranged for regular patient as per doctor's discretion. Consultation fee of at $300 - $400 will be applied depending on duration of consultation.
